Joshua J. Piccoli Scholarship

Established by RU Camden Office of Military & Veterans Affairs (OMVA) Campus Director Fred Davis & fellow student veterans in memory of Joshua J. Piccoli, a 36 year old Marine Corps Veterans & 2nd year Rutgers Law School-Camden student. Josh served in Iraq & Afghanistan (a true warrior) but returned home as a most kind and loving human. Josh worked diligently at the OMVA for 6 years and was always in the ready to assist his fellow veterans.

Rutgers–Camden Nursing Veterans Scholarship Fund

Established by a collaboration between the RU Camden Office of Military & Veterans Affairs (OMVA) Campus Director Fred Davis, Dean of Nursing Donna Nickitas, Clinical Assistant Professor Dr. Nancy Cresse & nursing student Karina DeCasablanca to lend assistance our student veteran nursing candidates as they move forward in pursuit of their nursing degree

Veterans for Education and Jeremy Kane Scholarship for Veterans

Established by alumni and friends for Rutgers University–Camden students who are serving in or have honorably served in the Armed Forces, and in memory of Jeremy Kane, a criminal justice student who was killed in Afghanistan in 2010.

Veterans Emergency Fund

Established via Director Fred Davis of the Rutgers Camden Office of Military & Veterans Affairs (OMVA) in collaboration with Alumni veteran Robert N. Losse. The fund was created to assist student veterans experiencing emergency situations. The fund is a temporary loan agreement with the university interest free.
