Step 6: If you have used your benefits at any other institution fill out form 22-1995 Dependents’ Request for Change of Program or Place of Training online at:
Step 7: Visit this website to upload your DD-214 and Certificate of Eligibility (ch.33), Letter of Eligibility (Ch. 30, 1606, 1607), Notice of Basic Eligibility (Ch. 1606) and Request Enrollment Certification at My Vet Cert
*you must upload your documents in order to be coded, contact Dora Perez at 856-225-2754 or email doperez@camden.rutgers.edu which will enable you to certify your enrollment.
If you are a new student, please make sure you have paid the acknowledgement fee ($150) otherwise you cannot upload your documents or certify your enrollment on this site.
